Am blessed to live near a scape running through Kibera.A lovely place ever, and when i wake up early in the morning the first thing i see in the morning is the bright sun setting through the brown tiny house roofs and crowded crowd squeezing through hurrying to work in the industrial center others don’t ever go to work they just wait to help others with carry their there luggage from the bus stop. But who said that is not work? At the end of the day we all come home and say we are tired from work; today X didn’t come with more stuff because the transport from town was high, but to Mrs.Judy her bank was an A** “How could they just take Ksh.20,000 and last month they had taken another Ksh.10,000”, Now She is moving to bank Z. Lol…the problems of serving a nation and being a law abiding citizen.

We here at the film school have started the week on a very busy note, but also to an astonishing experience, we had visitors Sandra J. Ruch, and Micki Dickoff both successful film makers from Los Angeles.
Both visitors were delighted by the works of the students and even had a chance to get some merchandise from our school gallery.
They also got a chance to meet aspiring film makers and talk to them, this was a great opportunity for all students, we got to ask questions and get answers from a professionals point of view, this was very much appreciated.

Apart from all that fun activity, the friendly duo also watched and commented on some of the students projects, it was good to see them appreciate our work, the students bonded with them and even took photos, we all appreciated the vsit and would love for them to visit the school again.

Bye to brian…it..was cool..
Welcome
Hello, and welcome to my site!
My name is Bonface mogaka, and I’m a freelance writer and filmmaker based in Nairobi, Kenya. I want to bring my dedication, passion and creativity to work for you and your writing projects.
My main source of writing experience is in film localization, primarily in English and kiswahili. Writing for additional dialogue replacement (ADR) involves working with a literal translation of the original script and rewriting it for flow, natural diction, and appeal to mainstream local audiences. As such, I have a strong background in dialogue writing, editing, and adapting existing content for mass market appeal. In addition, I have past experience in editing subtitles in a feature film and have experience in Script development and activity design. I believe I’m a perfect candidate for your needs.
MY PROJECTS
I have working on my projects for the last two weeks they have been hectic but at least i have managed to go to a certain leval. my greatest fear is working under pressure but atleast i now come to learn that you can’t do without help.you expect more from people as much as they expect alot from you, you have got to work hard in this industry or utoe moshi as the swahili saying goes.
